Installment Payment Terms

At PC BUILD JAPAN (pcbuildjapan.com), we offer a simple and flexible two-part installment payment option for customers who prefer to split their purchase. This option is especially helpful for residents in Japan who may not have access to a credit card.

1. Two Installments (50% / 50%)

Your total payment will be split into two equal payments:

  • First payment (50%) due upfront as a deposit

  • Second payment (50%) due within 14 calendar days of the first payment

2. Non-Payment Policy

If the second 50% payment is not received within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled, and the initial deposit will not be refunded.

No system or components will be dispatched after the 14-day deadline if full payment has not been received by the 14-day deadline.

This policy protects against labor, inventory, and parts procurement costs already incurred during the build process.

3. Shipping Policy

Orders will only be shipped after both payments are completed and confirmed in full.
Nothing will be delivered under any circumstances until the second payment is received.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer (Japan domestic or international SWIFT)

  • Convenience Store Payment (Cash only)

You do not need a credit card to use this plan.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Once the initial deposit (first 50%) is received and the build process has started, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellations by the customer.

6. Eligibility

This payment option is available to customers with a valid residential address in Japan.
Identity verification may be required prior to confirming the order.
